Donating by Standing Order

Making a regular monthly donation to Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust is easy

Go to the High Five campaign with Atlantic FM to set up your standing order today, Click here on this link to download the form, and sent it to charity HQ.

Fill in the donation form and chose whether to make a single donation, or donate regularly once a month from your bank account.

If you are a UK tax payer, and can complete the Gift Aid Declaration on the other side of the form, then the charity can claim back Gift Aid tax from the Government as an extra bonus to your donation.

Post the form to:

We will write to you to thank you for your donation and confirm we have received your instructions.

Once a year, usually around Christmas, we will send you a letter to thank you for your continued support and to enclose our magazine.
