Sarah Searle presents cheque
04 December 2009

Sarah Searle a Treburrick woman walked 53 miles along the Cornish Coastal path in aid of the Cornwall Air Ambulance .

Sarah Searle, 49, did the walk to help raise money for the Cornwall Air Ambulance which helped to save her life following a serious road collision. She suffered a broken neck, broken bones in her feet, a laryngeal fracture injuring her voice box and damage to her oesophagus which restricted her swallowing and speaking.
She started her walk at Porthcothan and ended in St Ives on Friday September 5th - 6 days later.

An amazing achievement and a wonderful way for Sarah to say thank you to the people who helped to save her life.

Sarah came into the Cornwall Air Ambulance Head Office to present us with her cheque that totalled £2810.50.
