Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund at any time before you receive your goods, provided the good have not already been dispatched to you, and up to 7 days after receiving your goods. All unwanted goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund. If you request a refund we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
If your order hasn’t arrived:
Cornwall Air Ambulance items should be dispatched by 1st class post, within 14 working days of receipt of the order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you have not received your order and it is after the expected date of arrival (by a couple of days to allow for postal delays), then please contact us so that we can look into this for you.
Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust Orders should have been dispatched by 1st class post or by courier within 14 working days of receipt of the order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). This is stated in the delivery information, and on the order confirmation page. If you ordered in enough time, but your order did not arrive on time, please accept our apologies. If this item was a gift for a friend or family member, then please pass on our sincere apologies to them on our behalf. If you would like to discuss this further please contact us.
If you changed your mind about these gifts/they aren’t suitable
We offer a 7 day no quibble returns period, so that you can get a refund or, if you prefer, request an alternative gift. This starts from the date you received the goods. If returned orders are received outside of the 7 day period and you have not contacted Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust beforehand, a refund will not be granted. All goods should be returned in a resalable condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. To return your item, please:
· Package up the goods securely so they don’t get damaged in transit
· Complete your returns slip with your reason for return and indicate whether you would like a refund or an alternative gift
· Obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office
· Send to our returns address: Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, If the item is damaged or defective
If your item is damaged or defective, please return this to us as soon as possible, so that we can resolve this for you. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
