The Holiday show at the Hall for Cornwall was full of excitment on Sunday 20th February as the grand holiday prize draw to win a fabulous cruise holiday took place.

Newell's Travel, who present the annual holiday exhibition now in its 23rd year, and generous sponsors Fred Olsen Cruises, chose to support the Cornwall Air Ambulance this year.

Over 4,500 tickets were sold in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance

Tickets have been on sale for several weeks, and the charity team would like to say a big thank you to Marks and Spencers on Lemon Quay for allowing the charity to sell tickets on the final saturday in store.

In the end, the winning ticket was purchased at the holiday show itself, and by 3.45pm that same day, the lucky winners found themselves answering the telephone at home to be told their prize draw ticket was the winner.
