It's A Cornish Knockout

We're on the hunt for Cornwall's It's A Knockout Champions for 2014!

This summer we're introducing It's A Cornish Knockout to our Pencarrow Family Fun Day for the first time.

Get together with friends, colleagues or even your neighbours to become our 2014 Champions!

Outscore your opponents on various tasks involving water, foam, silly costumes and a giant obstacle course.

Whether it's team-building with your colleagues or an excuse to don your tu-tus and onesies with friends, this promises to be a fantastic day!

The Day Itself

The It's A Knockout competition is part of our Pencarrow Family Fun Day which takes place on Sunday 17th August 2014 at the stunning Pencarrow House and Gardens near Bodmin, so bring the family along - there will be plenty for them to see and do (in between laughing at you getting covered in foam and water!)

There will be a craft fair, dog show, bouncy castle, donkey rides, fun games, face painters, a classic car show, live entertainment, food and a fully licensed bar.

There's also the chance to see Cornwall's Air Ambulance helicopter up close and meet our lifesaving crew (they'll be dropping by during the day, missions dependent)

I WANT IN!

Each team requires between 8 and 10 members to take part. All team members must be aged 18 or over on the day. (Oh, and you'll need a good sense of humour!)

All contestants will receive a free pint of Sharp's ale after the challenge to help wash away the memories of all that foam!

Team entry costs £500 - so with 10 of you that means just £50 per person for a great afternoon of fun. You can either fundraise this money ahead of the event or just pay it yourself if you're not the collection jar-rattling type! This amount covers your team registration plus a donation to Cornwall Air Ambulance, so there's no additional fundraising required (although if you can raise more, it'll help keep us flying and saving lives!)
