Dear Sirs,

On Sunday 13th May, while we were holidaying in Cornwall my husband collapsed and, after resuscitation by staff of Kernow Doc and the local Ambulance service, was airlifted from Mawnan Smith to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Truro. I'm glad to say that he is making good progress and much of the credit must go to the emergency services on the day.

We are delighted to enclose a cheque as a contribution to the fine work of your service.
